As I wanted a 'light' risotto I counted on the professionalism and advice of Adriana 👩... She advised me the one with lemon 🍋and calamari... Risotto Nostromo... 🍚🫠
You are in Italy 🇮🇹 you have to get a Crudo De Parma + Wine 🍷 and her advice was Lugana 🍇🫠

Second best homemade risotto in town
I admit that I avoided the lunch menu because it was a little too standard, probably to meet the needs of customers, who however I think are a little tired of seeing the same dishes in all the places in the Cremona area, and that's not a euphemism . But this is my personal hypothesis.
I therefore opted for an à la carte risotto and I can only compliment it, really excellent and original. Obviously you pay à la carte and with a first course, water and coffee you cover a business menu, but it's the norm.
The service is courteous and quite attentive, the place clean and well arranged.
I will return at the first opportunity.
